Cathedral Park Cohousing in Portland Oregon will be a multi-story development that will serve a mixture of people with disabilities, seniors and individuals and families making less than 80% of median income. The founder, Alicia DeLashmutt, has a daughter with a disability; there is a great interview with her. In the interview, she describes the concept as “co-housing lite.” The anticipated completion date is 2023. It will be a three-story building containing a total of 28 units with shared community spaces, a courtyard, and parking toward the perimeter of the development.
